***1978 JEEP J-10 PICKUP 4WD 360 V-8 ONLY 8184 ACTUAL MILES AMAZING VEHICLE360 V-8 ENGINE --- PS PDB 4WD --- READY TO ENJOY*** This is a 1978 Jeep J-10 with only 8184 actual miles on it. The Jeep was purchased in January 1978. The day after purchase the owner  put green indoor outdoor carpet over the original carpet. You can see it in the photos of the interior below. He also had the graphics. tool  box. front bumper guard. Warn winch. exterior mirrors and some trim items added to the Jeep. It was driven about one year and then  parked inside a garage. The inspection sticker on the vehicle expired January 1980. The last registration is from 1981 - the last time  license plates were bought for it. The Jeep was bought by Whitten Brothers Jeep and is currently displayed in the showroom at 10701  Midlothian Turnpike. Richmond. VA 23235. The service facility there replaced the brakes. rubber brake hoses. installed new tires. did a  complete tune-up on the engine. replaced the spark plug wires. distributor cap. rebuilt the original two-barrel carburetor and did  everything the vehicle needed to be ready to drive and enjoy. The 360 V-8 engine fires right up. The truck drives like it did when new. It  has power steering. power brakes and a three speed manual floor shift transmission with four wheel drive. Interior has an AM/FM stereo  and a CB. Dash and instruments look like new. The driver sun visor still has the original wrapper on it. The owner did have graphics  painted on the vehicle. The owner had the graphics added right after purchasing the Jeep. There are running lights on the roof. You can drive it home - tires are new and it has been serviced. It was driven in a parade a few months ago. Grill is like new. chrome is in great shape for its age It has a trailer hitch and the tailgate works like it did when new. Owner installed the indoor outdoor green carpet right after buying the truck to preserve the original floor covering. I have been told Easy-Off oven cleaner will remove them. I'm not sure about that but I  am sure a good body shop should be able to do something with them. All glass is good with no damage - note running lights on roof of cab and exterior mirrors. Doors and roof have visors.
