#701 was bought new in Timonium, Maryland at Nationwide AMC Jeep. This Jamboree has a lot going for it most importantly many of the very hard to find accessories that make a Jamboree special. The Jeep will need some restoration. It has isolated rust but is very fixable. If you were going to restore a CJ this is the one to do it. It runs and drives excellent and I have done the hard work for you of finding all the pieces that can take forever to find.

Engine: Remanufactured 258. Excellent running and no noises. Guaranteed rebuild carb. Most of original emissions including smog pump present. No leaks from anywhere in drivetrain.

Trans: T5 that is very smooth shifting.

Tcase: D300 very smooth shifting

Clutch: Excellent

Axles: Great shape

Brakes: Complete new brake system front to back

Gauges: All work including fuel. Great oil pressure and 14.4 v alternator.

Steering: Tight drives down road excellent.

Console: No cracks nice console just needs a lock

Seats: Front are good frame original CJ seatsthat you can have recovered. Rear is original Jamboree with good stripes and some good material but has rips.

Carpet: Good condition and complete

Roll bar pad: Good condition

Brush bar: Excellent

Fog light system: All there in good condition and working

Engine bay options: Factory HD cooling, radiator, clutch fan, fan shroud, radiator bottle,Power Steering, Power Brakes, factory jack and wrench.

Factory 6 leaf springs front and rear

Factory spare tire with reproduction tire cover (not available anymore)

Whitco soft top and doors and all hardware: Great condition with no rips or tears

Bumperettes: Good could be rechromed if desired

Chrome front bumper: Good could be rechromed if desired

Rocker trim: Good no gouges or bends

15x7 rims: Good shape very little if any rust. Good no issues 235 Pathfinder tires.

Rust:

The body tub will need new front floor pans and a few small spots under or near roll bar. The outside of the body will need a few patches. The jeep either had a bad leak at one time or was oiled so the rust is not everywhere. Anywhere the oil was heavy did not get rusty. The frame has one bad spot on the driver rear. There is two options to address this jeep. 1. Just do a full restoration and pull the whole thing apart. 2. you could do your body patch work and splice in the rear frame rail. Than undercoat the chassis and paint the body. The WS frame is toast but the fenders, grill, hood and tailgate are great.
