1986 Jeep Cherokee V6

 About 20k miles ago, the engine, and transmission were rebuilt, rust on the bottom of the door frame was repaired and it received new paint. Other items addressed include the cooling system, exhaust, carpet, upholstery, suspension and brakes.

great cushion and no tears in the seats

spare tire and jacking kit

has been on multiple trips and does 80-85 on the highway easy

comes with Jeep factory splash guards (uninstalled)

comes with a few miscellaneous spare parts

comes with service and inspection records and a bunch of manuals

oil change done recently

no issues starting, running, stopping, turning, etc. 

no exhaust leaks, no oil leaks, no coolant smell

three small paint chips near the hood

missing headlight bezel on drivers side

It does have a few minor issues:

weak AC (cool, not cold)

weak parking brake

needs new hatch lift supports
