1971 Jeepster Commando RUST BUCKET w/ good heart

Has not run in 2 1/2yrs !!!.. ran OK when parked in my drive way...after the rebuild it ran perfect then the auto choke gave up currently it spins over freely on the starter.. points are prob toast and I am not about to flame out puttin gas in it..

So ya got here a good professional total rebuild on the engine.. a good auto trans and transfer case... the rest is gravy..

frame has a giant rust spot drivers side rear..

tailgate is welded/rusted shut

glass is good look

Rebuilt to 231cu in by HEADMASTER on RT.46 in North Jersey...2005

Full rebuild NEW... guides, lifters,seals,valves,pistons,,rings,.. bored out to the Buick 231size..

So its really a 231cu inch displacement now..

NEW cams replaced, oil pump, water pump, belts, hozes..

and crank turned, cost was $3200.

less than 2000miles on the rebuild total.

Replaced: fuel tank, fuel pump, radiator

Power Brakes, wheel cyl, drums, brake lines

Leaf spring shackles and rubber mounts

Rebuilt front knuckles

Exhaust system

Alternator
