From 1984-1996 Jeep built its first boxy body and boxed frame chassis called the XJ or Cherokee. This thing was an instant success both now and then. It was extremely rigid and sturdy with approximately 3200 welds yet wonderfully lightweight. These models were marketed as upscale, top of the line versions with pretty much every available option at the time. These Jeeps are very capable off-road vehicles and feel at home on any surface. The upgraded 4.0 Liter in 1987... was a very welcomed upgrade. And although, not the best for fuel economy, it makes up for it in power and torque. This almost never seen especially in this condition Wagoneer Limited is a awesome specimen. This Jeep has traveled just over 60,000 miles from new and shows better than average for wear and tear. These XJ's in good rust free condition are very hard to come across, yet alone the mileage. This XJ starts, runs and goes down the road as it should with everything in excellent working condition. This has never seen a mid-western winter spending most of its life in dry Arizona and can tell it has had excellent ownership history throughout its life. Comes with the original owners manual, warranty info and both sets of keys. Do not miss this chance to own a nearly extinct automobile.
