1981 jeep Cherokee project

....NO RESERVE....1981 jeep Cherokee Sj base was sitting for many years before I got it. The jeep does run and drive ok a lot of the gasket will need replaced. It has blue interior drivers seat does not match.There is minor rust most has been cut out and new panels welded in drivers and passengers floor pans need replaced along with 3 other small rust spots on body.Jeep will come with some new parts (distributor, fel pro gasket kit)All glass is in excellent condition.These are getting hard to find.
