CJ6 Jeep

This is an all original 1974 AMC CJ6 Jeep. This jeep spent all it's time in SE Missouri. It was an one owner and family sold when he passed. He used it in his power company cable business. The front eye loop for the cable is still attached to the bumper. The Meyer snow plow was purchased and never intended on plowing snow. It was attached and used when some timber and rocks/dirt was needed to be moved for the power cable stringing business. It was mainly used in his business and driving to town on occasion, with only 31,282 original miles. It has the larger 258 AMC six cylinder motor for additional power and speed. It also has the Ramsey electric 8,000 lb. winch attached. It has some minor rust and the body is very straight and free of dents. The front seats are recovered with original type material and the rear seat is original and appears to sat on very little. The driver's seat can be moved for two different distance adjustments by unbolting and resetting the bolts to allow more space for the driver. The seat has the sliding adjustment for forward and backward. As you may know the CJ6 is 20" longer than the CJ5. There more room and very comfortable to drive and ride. Can carry more inside if needed. It has never been altered, even still has both original steps and the original spare tire/wheel reflector, see picture. It starts, runs, drives and stops really good. This engine and jeep is still viable for today's high speed driving. If necessary, I will deliver up to 500 miles one way for an agreed amount.
