1973 Jeep J2000 very rare CA truck with an extremely rare Orange color (butterscotch gold)I purchased this awesome truck last year. It had been in storage for approximately 16 years (said the previous owner) I've spent thousands doing a refresh on the truck while keeping it original. The paint is the original color and has never been painted. It is a 4x4 with a 4 speed trans and a 360 v8 engine that runs great!
The following work has all been done in the past year or less.New: tires, brakes, windshield, heater core, radiator, belts, hoses, fluids, plugs, wires, valve cover gaskets, rebuilt carb, fuel tank dropped and cleaned and a new sending unit installed and more I'm probably forgetting.
This truck is a real attention getter. I've literally had people chase me down so they could check it out! I really had no intention of selling it but I'm moving and need to lighten my load. The back bumper has some damage from a person who hit it last year when it was parked on the street also a little damage in that area. Completely fixable. Hood has a couple small dents that add to the incredible patina. This is the coolest truck I've ever seen. When's the last time you saw white dash and steering wheel?
CA blue and yellow plates. This thing is strong. step on the gas and it goes. Hills ? No problem! No rust except for typical surface rust on the bumper and bed from people sliding stuff on it over the years. I do have more pics for serious buyers. No low ball offers! Believe me I know what I have and have no problem keeping it.

CA registration is current and I have a clear CA title in my name. Truck in located in Los Angeles. Sold in as-is condition. I can't tell you enough how fun it is to drive. It makes me smile every time I drive it. It also makes everyone else smile who sees it.
