1972 Jeep CJ-6,rare jeep for sale.Garage kept

Rare jeep for sale.Garage kept,not rusted out.In good shape,almost all original.I have made some upgrades to make it more dependable.Has original 305 V-8 engine,runs good.I added electronic ignition,rebuilt carb(2 bbl)new gas tank,new radiator,front disc brakes (salvaged from a 79 jeep)Has yellow optima battery,10,000 lb winch,tow hooks in front.Has welded tube steel bumper in back with d-shackles.Has steel cross member under center of vehicle.Sits on 33" super swamper bias ply tires on a 4" lift.Has a 4 speed transmission with granny gear,427 gears,Detroit locker in rear,spider gear locker in front with alloy axles.Has dana 44 in back,dana 30 in front on a narrow trac drivetrain,performs very well 4 wheeling.It has extended cab(very rare,made for forestry service only)I installed a back seat from a 71 jeep.I try to keep everything as original as possible.Has a soft top with doors and a new windshield.The only things I would fix is two rust spots(see pictures)one the size of your thumb,the other is surface rust on cowl.Needs a paint job and I would replace highback seats with original lowbacks.Also has a C-B with speaker.Also both differentials,transmission,and charcoal cannister are vented high on body to prevent water infiltration.I love this jeep and it has served me well,I am selling because I am getting older and don't have time to play with it.I would rather it go to a good home than sit in my garage.
