Car description |
---|
Custom built 1981 CJ-7, frame off restoration done with tons of new aftermarket parts. Runs awesome, drives down the road like a new car and even has Air Conditioning. It is very capable and ready to hit the trails. Almost $100,000 invested between drive-train and body/paint. It was built and never used as a result of some life changing events, so only has about 400 miles on it and has been complete for almost a year. It has been well maintained and garaged for that year. The Jeep has tons of power thanks to the 6.0L L76 swapped in that only has 10,300 actual miles on it, which is backed up by a Monster Transmissions built 4l60e transmission, that can handle over 500 HP. All conversion mounts and adapters were designed and built by Advanced Adapters. Underneath it has custom built axles, Dana 44 front with Detroit locker and Ford 8.8 rear with Detroit locker. All digital custom gauges inside. EVERYTHING on this Jeep is brand new, except for the engine, frame, and body/floor panels. So the seats, carpet, door hardware, vinyl top, wiring, all bolts/fasteners, and much more are all brand new. It has a Viper alarm with remote start and remote electric door locks. The Jeep is sitting on 4.5" Rubicon Express lift springs, with 1" extended shackles, on 35" Pro Comp AT tires on 17" Pro Comp Alloy wheels. Front and rear Hanson custom bumpers with a tire carrier.
Once again, ALL parts are brand new except for the engine, frame, and body/floor panels. I have receipts for every aspect of this build. The following are some of the highlights.
· 6.0L L76 (10,000 miles) with Howell computer harness, dyno tuned in Jeep running off a GM ECU (dyno sheet can be provided).
· Monster transmission built 4l60e with shift kit, 1650 stall
· Dana 300 T-case
· Dana 44 front, chromoly axles, Warn locking hubs, Detroit locker, 4:56 gears
· Ford 8.8 rear, chromoly axle shafts, c-clip eliminator, Detroit locker, 4:56 gears
· Heavy duty custom steering linkage
· Rubicon Express 4.5" lift springs
· 35x12.50R17 Pro Comp Extreme AT tires on 17" Pro Comp Alloy Wheels, along with a spare set
· Custom dash with digital gauges, everything works perfectly
· Jeep Air AC system, work great
· Full custom audio system with 2 kicker 10" subs and kicker amps powering the system
· Viper Alarm W/ remote start
