If you are the kind of person who likes to save the best for last, then you will like this Jeep. It is one of the last Wranglers produced and it has got the best of everything. Fresh paint, removable hard top and a killer sound system. It drives great on the road but has the heavy-duty components that give it off road cred too. Check it out. If you are thinking that this is the cleanest looking Wrangler you...have ever seen, then you are thinking the same thing we are. Especially when the hard top is on. The fresh white paint has a great shine and the top fits so snug that it doesn't even look like its removable. Body colored fender flairs front and rear as well as the white running board with a built-in step between them enhances the clean look even further. Then you notice the heavy duty, off-road equipment that lets you know that its beauty is more than skin deep. Up front an aftermarket bumper cradles and XRC winch with billet tow hooks on either side and 4 auxiliary KC lights. There are also LED headlights and a louvred hood with an off-road jack mounted to it. Out back a heavy-duty spare tire carrier is underlined by a bumper with a couple more billet tow rings and a receiver hitch for pulling toys with. Open the door, or just look inside if the top and the doors are off, and you will find an interior that is fully equipped and comfortable for cruising. If the door is on you will notice that is it fully lined in dark gray. Beautiful and functional Corbeau racing seats and harnesses are trimmed in Tan and are a great place to spend time on a long road trip, or to keep you safe and secure on an off-road excursion. The beefy Grant steering wheel is form fitted, feels good in your hands, and is mounted on a billet hub. The dash board is packed full of features like a full complement of gauges to keep track of critical engine functions. Ventilation controls include those for the A/C system. A Sony head unit pumps the tunes out through dual sound bars mounted to the roll cage for your listening pleasure. A nice back seat is there for your friends to join you if you wish, or will fold forward to make a nice cargo area. Open that louvred hood and you will find a 4.0-liter, in-line 6-cylinder engine that is considered one of the best off-road engines in the business. When they redesigned the extremely well regarded 4.2 engine, they gave it fuel injection with high flow injectors and a larger throttle body along with redesigned intake and exhaust manifolds for more efficiency. They even updated the valve cover to a cast aluminum unit with 15 hold down bolts to insure a positive seal. The result is 190 horsepower and 225 foot-pounds of torque that will get you wherever you want to go. There are signs of good regular maintenance and the air conditioning compressor has been recently replaced. It runs that power back through a 5-speed manual transmission and 4WD transfer case to all four wheels. Skid plates protect the running gear and the rubber meets the road, or the dirt, through 33 x 12.50R15 tires mounted on Ion alloy rims. This Jeep looks great, has a killer sound system, and serious off-road capabilities. Come on down and check it out. You might decide that you want to take it home. And you might decide to take a short cut across the mountain on the way there.
