Car description |
---|
1969 Jeep/Kaiser M715 with winch (PTO type) military version of Jeep Gladiator. This truck is 1 1/4 ton, 4wd, manual trans, gas 230 cid engine, 24 volt. Has 11250 original miles. All gauges, lights and electrical items work. This truck is very complete and un-molested with no rust. Truck has GI deep fording kit installed, cab heater, troop seats and cargo cover bows, brand new front and rear cargo cover flaps, cargo cover (half length), GI canvas seat covers, and all straps. All work is less than 4000 miles old and includes: brake pads, tires, brake master cyl, rear main engine seal, radiator, water pump, belts, distributor, spark plugs and cables, batteries, clutch, winch cable, rebuilt carb, rebuilt fuel/vacuum pump, muffler, shocks, and refurbished gas tank. It starts right up and runs great (garage kept and not driven in winter). Truck comes with basic tools, jack, pioneer tools, 2 GI 5 gal gas cans, extra set of wheels and tires (snow/mud), tire chains, extra parts, and complete set of manuals.
Bad: slight engine oil leak (oil pump gasket), winch oil leak, carb needs to be adjusted (factory 1 barrel holley, I think it's running rich), electrical switch for cab heater fan needs to be connected, could use new paint (current paint is fading and peeling in some spots, I have paint).
