Description
I purchased the Scrambler 3 years ago as a project vehicle. The runninggear is solid but the engine needed help; had the 302 rebuilt by a well-qualified shop in Vancouver WA and there is about230 miles on the rebuild. Ceramic headerscame with the purchase and the dual exhaust sounds quite nice. It has a new fuel system to include tank, electric fuel pump as well as new fuel lines to the carb. New power steeringpump, alternator, electric cooling fan, brake booster, and a complete rewire (PainLess Kit) etc. There is not a radio but has a dash space for one and is wired for a radio. Things I would look into fixing if keeping the Scrambler:*I would look into another steering column. Existing column works well around town and is more for off-road.*I would consider a whip style radio antenna, the short ones are easily busted off.*If to be used off-road a lot, additionalnightlights would be nice.
