1989 Jeep Grand Wagoneer

NO TRADES !!!! Selling my waggy. Looking for a quick no hassle sale. Serious buyers only. Sorry to be blunt but some people just don't listen. I will list pros and cons detailed below so no surprises. Was going to take it from being a daily driver to a restomod. but lost interest and about to start a 1955 Chevy Bel air project (still no trades). Pros: New Tires New Exhaust New Rear brakes New Rear axles. seals. and bearings New Rear window lifter channel and weather stripping New luggage rack hardware and seals New Power steering pump and lines New Hella XL fog / driving lights New fuel pump New hood latch cable (just have to finish) Rebuilt Carburetor. Trans flushed and filled with new fluid and filter. All interior lights and overhead console lights. compass and temperature work. (rare for these) 240k on body. Engine and trans rebuilt 100k ago (no receipts). All other work done within the last two months. Runs great. shifts great. drives great. 4x4 works great. Body was repainted a few years back and you can see a few tape lines. Looks gorgeous from 5 feet away up close there are a few imperfections. All windows and locks work (drivers is a little slow but works). AC is ice cold. Heat is hot. I drive this on the weekends. Stays in the garage when not in use. Cons: (im very picky) Small rear main seal leak (about a drop or two a week). Has typical gas tank skid plate rust (google it. they make a repair kit for it for $150 not a big deal). Rest of the underside is good. Body has minimal rust few bubbles mainly in lower rear quarters. Not rotted through easy fix. Rockers are very strong and rust free which is rare for these. Fuel gauge is acting up possibly a ground. Needs weather stripping on front vent windows (one latch is missing). Rear wiper. defrost and window switch do not work (but rear window works with dash switch). Crack on dash pad. steering wheel could use a recover. Velour middle section is coming off on drivers side rear seat (they sell the piece for $80). Carpet is missing from tailgate. it was dirty so I chucked it and never got another one. SMOG components deleted. Small exhaust leak on the smog tubes left over just need to take the tube off. Also the truck sits during the week and now that its cold out I noticed the volts drop a little when the head lights are on so I think the battery is getting weak. However charges at 14volts all day with no lights on and starts right up. 25yrs old no emission needed with QQ plates in NJ Great solid truck for a restoration.
