Twenty-two years ago I purchased a 1976 Jeep CJ7 as a second vehicle. Money. time and the influence of 4-wheel drive clubs brought change and improvements to my once humble little CJ. The most drastic change came after back to back to back combat deployments. Having the desire and at the time financial means. I purchased about $25. 00 in aftermarket parts and accessories. completely disassembled it and started making my dream a reality. I addressed every weakness. A parts listing is included but I will expand with details and level of completion where necessary. -The rear end is done. It is a Corporate 14 with DETROIT LOCKER. 4. 56 gears. DUTCHMAN axle shafts (factory ones included as spares). ORU discbrake conversion with stainless brake lines with gravel guard. CRANE diff cover and a 1410 series yoke. It is rust free and painted chassis black. -The front end is a Dana 60 with DETROIT ELECTRAC LOCKER and 4. 56 gears. Included but not yet installed are YUKON inner and outer axles. WARN hubs. DEDENBEAR knuckles. new kingpins. new disc and brakes and calipers and PSC high steer arms. -Four brand new custom ALCAN leaf springs with military wrap. -4 SLICKROCK cromoly spring hangers for the 4 CURRIE ENTERPRISES HD shackles. -POISON SPYDER CUSTOMS full with width axle conversion kit installed. -Frame is a full boxed frame from a 1984 CJ7. It has been straightened. blasted and painted chassis black with new heavy duty rear crossmember installed Skid plate/crossmember is a TDK (THROTTLE DOWN KUSTOMS) tube unit with removable 1/4" plate skid. -The original CJ7 body tub was rotten so I replaced it with a rust free 88 YJ Wrangler tub. -The POISON SPYDER CUSTOMS body armor is fitted with all holes drilled for mounting. The rear wheel openings have been enlarged to TJ size shape. The armor is bare. unfinished metal with light surface rust. -The POISON SPYDER CUSTOMS full trail cage is completely fitted and welded. It needs to be drilled for seat belt/harness mounts. It is bare. unfinished metal with light surface rust. -The 350 Chevy is a proven mill. It was machined. balanced and built about 20. 00 miles ago. I originally ran it carberated but got tired of fuel starvation on inclines offroad so I installed a HOWELL fuel injection system which solved everything. There is a brand new set of JET HOT COATED headers for the engine. -The TH400 transmission has a brand new 4x4 output shaft installed. There is a new flywheel and floor shifter. - The 3. 8 to 1 ATLAS transfer case is brand new and still in the original box. It has the ADVANCED ADAPTERS transmission to transfer case. I orered it with the flange on the rear output instead of a yoke because I was going to run a HIGH ANGLE DRIVELINE rear driveshaft with double cardan joint and flange on the end. (not included)-The VANCO HYDROBOOST brakes setup is valved correctly to handle the pressure from the AGR SUPER BOX power pump. -AGR Power steering box and pump. -Windshield frame is new with new wiper motor and linkages. -Full set of POISON SPYDER CUSTOMS body armor including front tube flat fenders with tube flairs. full 3/16" wrap around rocker and rear corners with TJ rear wheel cutout (larger than CJ and tube flares). -Roll cage is a full POISON SPYDER CUSTOMS trail cage with dash bar. and "D" grab handles. -TRAIL QUEST CUSTOM 18 gallon Rockcrawler tank with 1/4 skid attached. offroad baffles and GM in tank fuel pump. -Full set of band new stainless brake and fuel line. -Brand new stainless parking brake cables. -Brand new Painless Wiring complete CJ7 Harness. -Brand new MOPAR tilt steering column with ignition. -BORGESON steering shaft. -Brand new NORTHWEST POWER high amp alternator. dual battery tray and isolator/control kit with dash kit. -Upgraded 1984 heater box 3 speed motor (new) with all control cables. -Brand new MOPAR front grill and tailgate. -RAMPAGE Headlight upgrade. -LED tail lights. -TUFFY Security locking glove box. -TUFFY Security center console/stereo mount. -SONY AM/FM CD player. -Brand new BESTOP bucket seats. -Brand new seat belts. -Brand new BECOOL Aluminum radiator. -B+M shifter-Brand new FLEXLITE electric fan kit. -5 Brand new GOODYEAR Wrangler MTR LT 37x12. 50 R17 tires on 17X9 Aluminum wheels (MICKEY THOMPSON). This should answer most of the questions but I cannot anticipate all of them. Everything to build my dream Jeep and hopefully yours too is included except driveshaft's and shocks. It needs to be assembled to measure for these items. I was going to run Bilstein Shocks. Tom Woods Custom Drivelines front driveshaft and High Angle Drivelines rear driveshaft but I'll leave that up to the new owner. There is no top for the Jeep but the roll cage is designed to allow any soft or hard top to work. This is a great Jeep! I addressed every weakness I had encountered or could fathom when selecting parts and direction of this build. It has a clean title. It has the potential to make someone very happy. So why am I selling after 22 years of loyalty. growth. passion and good old fashioned fun? The bottom line is I have to. My family is having financial crisis and frankly we need the money.
