Car description |

These trucks have become rare and harder to find in this condition. This survivor is 28 years old. Would make a good resto project, work truck, hunting truck, or daily driver. I purchased from someone in Tennessee for my son's high school drive back in 2010. Has been a dependable truck for us but am now ready to let it go to a new owner.
Pics reveal the original paint with severe fading, but no cancer. I had just finished washing the truck before taking the pics so it is not this shiny when its dry. Truck is located in South Carolina and as far as I know has spent it's life in the south. I took shots of the worst surface rust on right rear quarter panel near bumper, and driver's door. There are numerous scrapes, dents, and dings from is long life. The bed and tailgate show real use but are still strong. Truck never had an AC. Last pic is of new pin striping.
My additions include - a newer motor from a donor Cherokee that has less than 80K; alloy rims and tires that have about 10K of wear; CD radio to replace the original cassette player(I have the original radio if desired); Non-OEM carpet installed over the original carpet and non-OEM headliner which is showing some sag.
Truck is used and offered in "AS-IS" condition. I have tried to show and describe the truck's flaws but if you're a Jeep person you should recognize the real potential is there. Sorry, but ebayers's with negative feedback need not bother bidding as I will remove their bid! Please know that a bid is a promise to purchase, not a chance to dream or window shop, so ask questions before placing a bid. Ebay's suggested opening bid is ridiculously low but I have complied. I have set a reasonable reserve for this truck, so no need to ask.
I have limited internet access during workweek but will check for questions each day. Happy bidding!
