This is a very impressive looking Jeep. The color is Copper and has been repainted within the past year. I use this vehicle as a run-around for in town driving with no issues. I recently drove it back from Tuscaloosa, l To Athens, A and it performed perfect on the Interstate. The truck looks great, andles well and tracks straight. Three speed automatic transmission is easy to drive. I have never taken this truck off-road. The good: VERY LOW ORIGINAL miles for a vehicle this age! Newer paint. New upholstery. New headliner. New carpet. 4 new Bridgestone tires (less than 250 miles). The wheels are original color coded and are in Excellent condition. Recent Oil, ube and Filter change. New Motorcraft Battery. A good looking and unique piece of Americana. It turns heads! The bad: This is a 1983 year model, t has its quirks. If you drive it daily, t starts right up - if it sits for a few days, t's a pedal pumper (cold natured). Motors in all windows are spotty, ometimes they work, ometimes they do not. Slow, ut sure occasional oil leaks in the drive way. The window rubber seals are dry rotted. The headlights are dim, ut fully functional. There is a rust spot inside the passenger door frame (see pic). Small hairline crack in the windshield near the driver side post (it does not show up in the pictures). If you wish, will take this Jeep to a local dealership and have it inspected (at your cost). It is not a show car, ot a collector car and it requires some degree of attention on a regular basis.
