1979 Jeep CJ5 Golden Eagle

This is a very original 1979 Jeep CJ-5 Golden Eagle. It has the 304 V-8 and 3 speed on the floor. It has the Golden Eagle package that included tilt wheel, ower steering, actory tach,and clock, nd appearance package. Engineis the original304 v-8 that has been rebuilt and runs excellent. All emissions equipment is there. Starts, dles and runs great.. Transmission is 3 speed that has been rebuilt withsynchronizers and new clutch. Shifts great. Body is in good original condition with minimal rust and is very straight with no dents. Tires are good but are noisy on the road. Has 5 original gold wheels. Has a newer tan soft top in good condition as well as a bikini top. It has a new windshield and new shocks. Dash is in good shape.Everything works except the clock. Factory radio is missing, ut the dash has not been cut up. I have 30 years of maintenance records for the jeep.

This jeep isa greatdriver the way it is and looks cool with the faded paint and graphics, ut would also be an excellent candidate for restoration. If you want to restore a Golden Eagle, his is an excellent start.
