1965 JEEP CJ-5
RARE FRONT AND REAR PTO OPTION
For the serious Jeep collector, here's a seriously rare Jeep. This original survivor Jeep was in the pervious owners family for decades and stored mostly indoors in a barn.
The Jeep still sports its original paint and drivetrain. The high and low four wheel drive works well and this Jeep has something very special. Not only is there a working PTO winch on this Jeep, but a rare facing PTO for running farm implements etc. This rare little Jeep could run a brush hog mower, a mini saw mill, ump, ou name it.
The Jeep runs good and drives and stops well for a 65 Jeep. I was told what it shows is what it has on it. 12,XXX miles. The seat frames are original, ut someone placed some cheesy seat buckets in the frames that look out of a Bobcat skid I think. It's an easy and cheap fix.
The Jeep doesn't seem to leak a drop of oil, and the tires are in great shape. The spare not so much.
The lights work and so does the horn. The wipers and brake lights don't seem too. I would love to find an arctic hard top and doors for it. It use to have a soft top but no longer does. Thats an easy fix.
The Jeep has very little rust. There is a spot in front of each door well. Other than that, he Jeep is amazingly solid and all of it is original sheet metal.
The Jeep also comes with a tow-bar, so drive down and pull her home anywhere. If you'd got questions, I've got answers. Please call Hawkeye Wills at 210-548-1310. Thanks!
