1990 Jaguar XJS V-12 Convertible 51,000 original miles Drives Beautifully!

Offered for sale is a lovely 1990 Jaguar XJS V-12. This car has had three prior owners. and its condition attests that it has always been cared for and maintained. Never rusted. no accidents (clean carfax). One repaint about seven or eight years ago was well done but shows some touch ups. The most significant are a deep scratch on the top of the passenger front fender. and a light crease along the driver front fender side. both of which are touched up but are visible on close inspection. The interior is all original and quite lovely. Excellent top; headliner shows some deterioration. Minor wear on the driver’s seat bolster; otherwise the leather is supple and quite nice. Excellent dash and instruments. All in all a very clean. very presentable driver. not a concourse car. but certainly showable. And it is an excellent driving car; starts instantly. runs smooth and cool. Starts. stops and handles just as it should. A great pleasure to drive. I have spent over $7. 00 in the past two years bringing this Jag up to proper mechanical condition. including: New tiresNew front chin spoilerTune and fluids. including throttle bushing cleaningNew batteryNew brakes all around including new real stainless steel calipersRebuilt emergency brake works properlyCompletely rebuilt top hydraulics including rebuilt ramsNew resonators. front catalytic converters. The only known issues are non-functioning cruise control (I never use it and have never bothered to have it checked) and the passenger rear window needing a motor. It has been fixed in the “up” position. New ones are backordered and not available; I have not wanted to put a used motor in and have simply been living with the window the way it is. I have too many cars to properly enjoy and care for at this point. and will be selling 4-6 of them. including at least 2 other Jags to come. I believe that I have priced this car fairly to the market and that it represents one of the best values-for-the-money available in the classic car market today.
