Before you ask, "YES this was the same XKE 2+2 Coupe project that was sold on Ebay a few weeks ago" The gentleman who "bought it" was concerned that it would be a bigger job than he was up to. I cheerfully canceled his deal and am relisting it for sale. Please understand that this is a project car and though the major work has been done (new floors etc), and it has been stripped for paint, it still will need to be finished.
The major metal work has been done on the car as has almost all of the body work. it has been stripped of all pain, lead, and bondo and the gray coating you see is a self etching sealer primer to stop surface flash rust.
The interior of the car is complete and in very good original condition damage is limited to the seat base on the drivers seat. Though the car is an automatic, and as such is complete, it also comes with the correct tunnel necessary to convert it to a manual transmission car if you wish.
I have bolted the rear suspension and front frame and suspension back on to the body tub for ease of shipment. I have also boxed and labeled the parts in order to ease reassembly. The only parts I know to be missing are the front and rear windscreens.
The car is being sold with a Bill of Sale only. I am happy to answer all questions and supply additional photos on request.
