Designed under the guidance of Sir William Lyons. the car was a longer and lower version of Jaguar's D-Type. The exterior's paintwork and chrome displays bright and clear - showing only a few minor blemishes from use and cabin's seating/carpeting presents nearly as new along with the untorn black top and boot cover. Being an early Series III. this car is fitted with the very desirable slim chrome bumpers. and lack the large rubber bumperettes which beset the later examples.
