Car description |
---|
International Harvester Pickup Truck back half that has been converted to a trailer. Rear end and leaf springs still there. 1 7/8" size ball. I put a 1966 1000a down in the description only because I found an identical box on a pickup for sale, though I will fully admit I don't know a lot about old International pickups and the rear leaf's do have a lot of springs in the pack if it is only a half ton.
Was my grandfathers, he most likely purchased it many years ago because while he was handy the trailer conversion looks a little too good for what he could pull off. My dad wants it to go away and was going to scrap it, but we thought we would see if there's anything there for someone who needs the back half of a project.
Tires do hold air and it does roll, though I would question its road worthiness. Last time it was used was a few years ago when my brother and grandfather used it to haul a load of wood, and they aired up the tires and made it back and forth no problem. I don't know if I would roll those dice and we do not have a good way to transport so buyer will be responsible for pickup from its current location of Miltona, Minnesota.
No known title, not even as a trailer.
