This is truly one of a kind 1961 International scout 80 4x4 with a lot of work done to it. Let’s face it. Nobody wants to see ANOTHER Jeep, I promise you NO ONE will be driving a truck like this one. Turn heads anywhere you go guaranteed. It is also one of the first scouts made#1692. The old slow drivetrain has been upgraded to almost double the horsepower. It originally came with an 4 cylinder and now has a carbureted GM Vortec 4.3 liter v6 The old 3 speed manual has been replace with a beefy, GM K-case transmission from a full size blazer that is a 4 speed auto with overdrive!! Now you can take this truck on the highway as well as the trail! It also has a NP-231c 4 speed transfer case giving you 2 wheel high, 4 wheel high 2 wheel low and 4 wheel low gear. You can engage the 4x4 without leaving the driver’s seat. The truck has been lifted with 3” body lifts and the front has an additional 2” of suspension lift. The truck sits on 30” BF Goodrich tires and 17” blackout rims and has Smittybuilt front and rear bumpers. The truck has a complete frame swap from an S10 Blazer 4x4 so all the parts are easy to find and stronger that a stock Scout. it also has front wheel power disk brakes . The whole interior and bed and been coated in textured truck bed liner for easy cleaning and protection. All the glass is good with no cracks. The windshield is brand new with a brand new seal.

The truck has CLEAR TITLE in my name. It starts very easily and idles very well. It has excellent oil pressure and power. Exhaust sounds nice and aggressive. The updated suspension makes it ride much smoother than the old suspension. It also has working power steering. The old clutch type fan has been updated with a flex fan for better cooling.
