Yes a 4X2 Scout does exist. Not many made and fewer left. Add this to your Scout collection. I don't think the top has ever been off. Original interior looks great, but there are two cracks in the dash and one slit on the Driver's seat. Original paint and some rust - yes Scouts even rust some in Colorado. AC has been converted but now needs more freon. Original Desirable 345 engine that still runs great coupled with original automatic transmission that shifts as it should. In pictures 11 and 13 you can see that it is running because the fan is moving. Brake light is on,so brakes need some attention which should be done before driving it away, but it does stop the Scout. It is missing the passengers side mirror glass and armrest on driver's door. Extra parts include two radios (one being a Jeep),belts and hoses and three new air filters. Driver's door tag does match the VIN and title. We have owned it for over 14 years and was driven by my son and later his wife. It has been parked for a number of years, but it is run every month,so it still runs great. XLC means Extra Load Capacity,so it runs on leaded fuel, therefore lead substitute needs to be added to the gasoline. I'm sure the mileage is actual, but cannot be verified because DMV puts zero after 10 years. When a bid is received all other ways of selling will be cancelled,so until bidding starts,it may be removed at any time. Transportation is buyers responsibility. Scout will not leave until money is cleared. Any questions or If you want to see it,just drop me a note. See my two International Harvester refrigerators also on Ebay.
