I have up for bid this 1969 International Travelall 1000D that is a survivor. Originally, from what records show me, is it is a California vehicle that was stored in a warehouse for many years. I have some service records dating back to 1978. It has factory A/C...all glass is factory in almost perfect condition. All that was done by me was a complete tune up...replaced A/C compressor, replaced muffler, installed brand new white wall tires, brand new shocks and the brake system was completely gone through.I buffed complete wagon to revive the original paint. I did cover three small holes on each of the front doors that were for mirrors that had been removed, matched the paint almost perfectly. The radio works, dome lights work, rear tailgate power window works great. It has a real nice deluxe luggage rack. All lights work properly. It has the factory spare tire and jack. Both front and rear fuel tanks were removed and sent out for proper cleaning. It does have a towing hitch. This Travelall is the best original vehicle in my collection. The cloth section of front and rear seat have been reupholstered with period correct cloth material. Behind both seats are the build/production sheets that I did not want to molest, they have been left alone. The roof and bumpers were repainted to match original color. It runs and drives great. The mileage shown on the dash, compared to the service records, appear to be the original miles. Doors open and close, I'm sure just like they did back in 1969. The whole wagon is very very solid, it shows no rust on any of the body. The frame still has factory undercoating. This is an opportunity for someone to own a very rare 1960's SUV. In my lifetime I have only seen two in person. I hope enough people get the opportunity to view and appreciate this rare wagon...so pass the listing on.. Thank you for looking!! Good luck on your bid
