Car description

1968 International Harvester 1200C 3/4-Ton PickupUp for auction to the highest bidder is a well kept. original pickup having been in the family for three generations. It has been garaged it's entire life. so needless to say it has lived a charmed life. never been heavily used. certainly never abused. by only Dad. his dad and myself. There is no body rust through on the bed bottom or sides. The remainder of the body is in extremely good shape with no rust through except for the typical slight rusting at cowl area and some minor rust in the floor boards. more so on the driver side only because it was hosed out each year and left wet underneath the original rubber mat by my grandmother after granddad passed away. Dad then took it to TN. kept it under cover also. then decided he wanted to have more fresh air and a cooler cab and therefore had the sunroof put in the top of the cab. That did change it from original if you are particularly concerned with it being. as it came from the factory. Granddad had put the rails on the bed sides and had a hefty bumper custom made for the front. The seat was reupholstered in good quality black vinyl also as it used to be tan. I think that covers the alterations! As the build sheet provides it has it's original lock ring wheels which have never been a problem for us to get serviced. I could go on about this truck but instead of boring you with the details we will let the pictures speak for themselves. Feel free to go back in our (sold) feedback history and you will see that Dad has had many of these over the years. sold a few and represented them accurately and had pleased buyers each time. You are welcome to the camper and the racks that attached to the bumpers as they go with the sale of this truck. Bid with confidence and if you have any questions please feel free to ask anything that might come to mind. We are expecting around $5000 for those of you who would inquire as to the reserve price as you are actively bidding. This vehicle is being sold "AS IS". where is. with no warranty of any type and the successful bidder will be responsible for removing the truck from the carport within 10 days of auction end. A $500 deposit will be required via Paypal with 24 hours of auction end also. Final payment will be preferred in cash only please unless alternative arrangements have been made and agreed to by us both.
