Car description |

For Sale is my late Father's 1941 K1. Good running condition with just under 93k original miles. He purchased it from my Uncle (I believe 2nd owner) in the early 80's and took outstanding care of it for years. I have been storing and maintaining it and recently invested in a new battery, fuel tank, master cylinder rebuild, four new tires. Runs and drives great and a solid truck. Original engine and transmission as far as I know. Starts right up and purrs like a kitten. Straight six with three speed. My Dad taught me how to drive with this rig and am now 46 years old but just not an antique collector and have limited indoor storage space. Thank you and I am happy to respond to any reasonable questions.
I have been intermittently checking in with this site and other classic auto sales sites for the past few years and clearly understand that this is a very rare vehicle but have no expectation of receiving any more or less than fair market value.
I am not interested in any way whatsover in learning about brokerage opportunities, trades, nor having chats about classic trucks. I am a straight-up and honest seller and simply looking to sell this vehicle.
Seller reserves the right to end the auction at any time. Listed for sale locally as well.
Buyer is responsible for all shipping.

8-27-17: I searched through my Dad's workshop and found two folders full of details regarding his research, service records, parts manuals, spare keys, etc. on this truck which will all be included with the sale. Any other paperwork or parts that I locate in the meantime will also go to buyer of this vehicle.
Paperwork identified that Chassis number is confirmed at #22291 and Engine #51038.
He purchased it in September of 1981.
