1991 Infiniti M30 convertible coupe

Starts right up and runs nicely. But has been stored and off road for a good while so should be gone over for safety.
Acquired from original owner.
Clean open title.
Just over 113K miles. Power windows work.
Top operates. AC blows nice and cold.
Brand new battery. Tires have good tread.
Top shows age and has some sag.
There are small rust bubbles starting on the front of the rear quarter panels in the typical areas for these convertibles - please see pics.One of the dash buttons is missing - to right of steering wheel - not sure what that was - see pic.Also the brake lights seem to stay on - Not sure if it is a setting or fuse issue. I have been disconnecting the battery cable for now.There appears to be a piece of a key broken off in the passenger door lock.
Overall a nice project car - in a desirable low production year model/ make- and in current running and driving condition.
