This is sold as is, off road use only. The Humvee starts and runs, sometimes it requires some starting fluid to start, sometimes it starts right up. It probably needs new fuel filter or spark plugs. Again, this is not sold with a title, this vehicle is for off road use only. If you think you can get a salvage title or a court order title, that is up to you, but we make no guarantees.
