1984 Honda Civic CRX 1.3L two owner all orig low miles clean ultra gas sipper

I have an early model 1984 Honda Civic CRX 1. 3L 5 speed manual. 100% original and unmodified. 101k miles. runs amazingly well! No leaks. no noises. Original paint. original interior. original wheels. No damage. no repairs to the body. Nice. This is the ultra fuel efficient 1. 3L model. Reports back in the day showed the EPA Hwy estimate at 67 mpg. I have not driven the car enough to check the highway mileage. This car was one of the highest gas mileage cars ever built. and it is very sporty and sweet as you would expect from a low mileage Honda vehicle. This car was purchased new in California and still has its orig CA license plates. The original owner passed away 4 years ago. she lived in an assisted living care home. and left the car to the father of the young woman who cared for her. This father drove the car for approx. 10k miles. I doubt this sweet little CRX has EVER been driven hard a single day in its life!!I bought the car for my daughter but she wants a Mustang. The new owner of this Civic will be very happy! Clean title in my name. current registration. passed California's tough smog test in December 2014. 101k original miles. I do have some paperwork of the maintenance history - the car runs amazingly well. Very smooth. shifts perfectly. does not get hot. always starts and idles perfectly when cold or after sitting a few weeks. Everything works. even the factory Honda AM/FM stereo. The not so good. The glass has scratches from someone accidentally using an abrasive scrub pad. it is very noticeable when driving the car (windshield has many scratches. some scratches on the side window and hatch glass too) otherwise the glass is exceptionally shiny on the outside telling me this car must have been garaged most of its life. Small dent at the top edge of the rear driver's side quarter panel - no other dents to speak ofDriver's door latch from inside does not work - you need to roll down window to let yourself outFront valance next to hood is cracked - there is a broken piece about 5"x5' that I taped in place with clear tape for the picturesBoth front fenders have one crack at the location of the center of the wheel well (very typical for these cars)Front "H" emblem is missingRear spoiler is very cool and original. but it is cracked in the center (only on the top. not all the way through)Not a speck of rust anywhere. clean underneath. Even still. with a little TLC. this car could be awesome! Its original condition and low miles place it in exceptional condition for its age. these are extremely hard to find. Car is sold AS IS.
