1991 Honda Civic Base Hatchback 3-Door 1.5L - PARTS/PROJECT CAR

I bought this car used in 1999 with about 68. 00 miles on it. I registered the car in NY with no problem. When I moved to NJ and registered the car. NJ Motor Vehicle Commission said that there was an issue with the odometer. Several mechanics have said that they saw no issues with the odometer. Car runs and drives but has engine trouble - it runs rough. No check engine light. Radiator has less than 1000 miles on it. Clutch has less than 50. 00 miles on it and operates great. All glass is in good condition. Headlight and tail light lenses all original. Passenger and rear seats in good shape. Speedometer. temperature gauge works. Gas gauge works as long as there is more than 1/4 tank of gas or more in it. Rear hatch tubes do not support the weight of the door (i. e. . it will slam shut if you don't hold it open. ) Driver's side seat has a tear in the vinyl. One engine cylinder fails compression test. Rusted body panels with portions missing. Body panels have varying levels of whitish haze and are different shades of red. One hinge on the hood is broken. but the hood opens and closes securely with the remaining hinge and latch. Air conditioning system does not cool. Heating/defrost/defog system fan does not work. Electric rear defogger partially works. NO WARRANTY. SOLD AS-IS. Car is listed for sale elsewhere. I reserve the right to end this auction early.
