1986 Honda Accord 5 speed Fuel Injection Sun Roof No Rust

This 1986 Accord LX-i was purchased in 1990 from David McDavid Honda in Irving Texas, by a Wisconsin collector. It is rust free, excellent working condition. The car has been driven frequently enough to keep it in good working order, carefully stored winters. Regular maintenance has been performed such as changing brake fluid, timing belt, oil and coolant. The A/C is filled with R12, working great on 90+ degree days.

The 2.0 L Fuel Injected, 12 valve OHC engine with 6200 RPM redline is a delight to drive using the 5 speed manual. It rides and handles great on the industry first FWD wishbone suspension on all four wheels.The left rear window switch or wires do not work. Everything else works. The speakers were replaced with OEM style high quality speakers.

The excellent aerodynamics leads to a quiet and stable ride even, in very windy conditions. It has plenty of passing power for today's highway speeds, 33 mpg with a quiet cabin, even with the sun roof open.
