Car description

The car currently has 226, 650 miles on it. The car has been regularly maintained since new (I bought it from the original owner and have paperwork from her that shows actual maintenance performed. Since I bought it I have done the PM work myself, as I have mechanical experience. Oil changes, tire rotation, fluid checks, cleaning/detailing, and other general repairs and upkeep. If it broke or failed I fixed it, with the exception of the ABS system, just too costly for no real gain in function or value.
Recent updates and repairs include OEM muffler replacement, brake and clutch pedal pads replaced with OEM parts. Windows recently (re) tinted with 20% dark tint. (I did the tint myself on the side windows, and I'm not a window tinter, so there are some minor flaws, but it saved me some money, but I paid to get the rear window done). Distributor assembly replaced when oil seal gave out on previous unit. Clutch master cylinder replaced after failure (leak).
Stereo system:Kenwood DDX375BT touch screen CD/DVD player with bluetooth, aux and USB inputs (and has a backup camera), Alpine MRP F300 50w/4 channel amp driving Infinity Reference 6.5" door speakers and Kicker DS65 deck speakers. The Bazooka Powered Sub is a BTA8250D 160w internal amp. Simple system with great sound. The system is also wired so that the radio has "extended" power after the key is turned off, but will time out after 10 minutes (using the factory window relay as provided power to an external relay) or when the door is opened. This feature was to simulate late model OEM features.
Convenience features:Viper Keyless Entry system locks and unlocks doors, has a panic feature and the aux output controls headlights from outside the car. A DEI headlight control module controls the headlights and park lights using a dash mounted photocell so that the switch need not be used (or left on). The headlights and tail lights come on when dark, the headlights stay on with ignition for daytime running lights, and are connected to the Keyless Entry system to come on when you unlock the car at night or turn off the car in the dark, and remain on for approximately 45 seconds.
The aftermarket upgrades were performed by myself, I worked professionally as a car audio/security installer (MECP certified) back in the 90's and since 2000 have continued to do such work as a side job in my garage.
This car has been adult owed and driven, well maintained and kept clean. The photos aren't staged, I actually keep all my vehicles vacuumed and washed regularly. And no eating in the car. The car runs fine, transmission shifts good, highway mileage is just over 30 mpg, overall mileage I observe driving the car to work nearly daily is about 26.5 mpg.
All OEM features work, windows, door locks, sun roof, rear window defroster, front defroster, heat and air, cruise control, lights, horn, dash lights, interior lights. It works. The interior has no tears or worn spots, nor is there any excessive fading. All the switches and levers work as they should. There are a few cigarette burns from my stepdaughter when she drove the car for a short while when she didn't have a car, don't think she didn't hear about that, as I absolutely said NO SMOKING, but the car does not smell of smoke thank goodness, she smoked with the window open (thinking I wouldn't notice).
I've owned many Honda products over the past 30 years, and besides this one, I still have three more (not for sale), and I've mainly kept this car to save miles on my late model cars. Plus it gets just a few less mpg's than our new Honda.I have a 3-hole binder that the original owner gave me that has all her service records and other repairs she had done over the 20 years that she owned it, including the original window sticker. The owner's manual is in the glove box, the original spare and jack are intact and spare holds required air pressure.
I could go on and on, but if you have any questions please contact me, I will respond ASAP.
