Car description

Hi guys story time about my beloved hatch.
Purchased in 2013 from the original first owner. No expense was spared on the build on his end, I purchased a complete project pretty much. I was told over $40,000 went into the car and I believe it, you can feel it when you drive it. After the cars original aem twin fire ingition system failed I had the car rewired to hondata s300 v3 put in and car was re-tuned for the new system. I was content for a while then decided to upgrade the camshafts from stock gsr cams to skunk2 pro 1 series. A very driveable cam with a lot more top end potential. Car hasn't needed anything since then. It originally was built for nitrous, the car made nearly 300 whp on a 75 shot before I bought it ( the dyno tune was the literal only time nitrous was ever run through the engine, owner never raced or used it after ) I know because the bottle and all equipment that came with the car was brand new when I bought it ( will not come with car ). Overall it drives like a dream, feels like the car is on rails. Brakes are very responsive and stop the car at a jaw dropping pace. The motor is practically brand new, extremely stout and the rpm range is just like a ap1 honda s2k. I ensure whoever receives the car will love it.
Here is a video where I walk around the vehicle, and also let you enjoy some of the exhaust magic at work ( couple revs ) :https://youtu.be/Pqwv4K-Ejro
About the car :
1992 honda civic eg66521 original milesI am second ownerZero rust anywhere on the car except for odd spot pictured, but even then I am not sure what that is.Repainted original milano red by original owner, roof redone in nighthawk black pearl.Blue authentic Spoon mirrorsAuthentic MOMO steering wheelFull disc brakes all aroundASR subframe brace and other goodies underneath the car ( which is also incredibly clean )Very rare RsR exhaust, produced in japan very sought after. Probably one of the best exhaust systems ever made for this car, my car sounds insane. I haven't heard another honda to sound like it and thats in a good way.Full skunk pro2 suspension all aroundFully corner balancedNew solid polyurethane bushings all aroundNewly reupholstered del-sol seats with black cloth red stitching, matching rear.Battery box flush mounted in the backThere's so much more done to this car, if you have any specific questions please message me I am happy to answer.
Engine : GSR block sleeved and bored and stroked to 2.0Type r LSD transmission12.5 : 1 compressionKnife edge crankFully built port and polished head
Will get exact details from my engine builder, shop that built it was victory precision machine here locally where I live in VA.
Good : Lots of authentic bits all over the car. Spoon rear carbon fiber duck wing. Spoon carbon fiber front lip/diffuser. Carbon creations hood. Not sure on the maker of carbon fiber trunk.
The paint is super fresh, very wet. I tried to preserve and keep it as clean as possible with waxing and proper storage.
Engine has had maybe 3,500 miles put on it since rebuilding. Transmission was a brand new usdm type r unit with approximately the same mileage.
Engine pulls amazingly strong, vtec kicks in at 4200 or so (has the torque for this) and then once again at 7,000 you feel the secondary tugg of the cams finally coming onto lope and the powerband is revived into an aggresive beast. It's truly an amazing experience being able to rev it to 9,000 rpm. The car made 226 whp on a rolling dyno. Tuned by HCP in maryland.
Bad : Not perfect hood fitment, rises slightly on one side ( but I am ocd and many have never noticed it ) The tranny has a scratch going into 3rd gear at high rpm ( haven't had time to look into why this is, either way worst case scenario tranny rebuild costs $600 ) Could be as simple as bent linkage, or a clutch master or slave cylinder going out, but then again the transmission has roughly 3,500 total miles on it, and many of the cars parts are new so I havent been able to pinpoint it exactly. Small paint bubble/odd rised surface on the rear of the car near the brake lights. I didn't notice this till a year ago and even if it was rust it's in such a minimal beginner state it can easily be cleaned and contained, keeping the rest of the car perfect.
This one could be good or bad, the clutch is a stage 5 clutch very strong pressure plate. Operating this car isn't for the faint hearted. If your legs are weak or you have no experience with aftermarket clutches, this will NOT be fun for you. That being said I drove it and took it home after buying it my first day and I hadn't driven extreme clutches either so you should be fine.
Closing :
If you didn't get enough info from my add dont walk away, message me! I I tried to keep it somewhat short and sweet, but have more info to add if anyone wants it! I want my car to go to a good home, she has so much more potential left whether keep it all motor, or swap out pistons for low compression, then the motor can handle 800whp easy boosted.
*** Drivers side floor mat is not pictured due to me cleaning it : still included in the sale of the vehicle.
I have many more pictures of the car, message me if you need any more
