Barn find 1991 Honda Civic Si 1 owner unmolested vintage EF Hatchback

Rare last year Ef 9 Honda Civic hatchback Si from1991. I kept seeing this car every time I would go by my brothers place. One day I left a note for the owner asking to sell it. Months later the owner reluctantly decide to sell it. being the first new car he ever owner he was not to thrilled with the idea. His wife after several year told him he needed to move on. When I picked it up I put a battery in it started it up and drove home. Since then I have driven it a few times honestly the low stance and no power steering (factory set up) makes it a car for a younger age group than myself. A/C is not working and the original owner decided to seal the factory moonroof so it's fixed shut now. The car has fresh tires and drives very strong. It will need paint since the clear coat is peeling that and a few dings and parking lot issues. However it is stock. Interior is in amazing condition only the drivers seat bolster needs some attention. The out side bolster is loose should be a simple fix. Has a sony am fm cd detachable face radio. The prior owner put sealant around the edge of the moonroof. it can be seen from the inside or close with a shade. However you would need to remove the sealant and get a new moonroof seal. then check the motor for power option. The clutch is good does not burn oil. I did buy a water pump/ timing belt kit just never go to it. will be included. I also made a mistake in the miles. its 209. xx instead of 212. xx.
