Selling my 1975 Honda Civic 1200. I am finally moving on. This was my college car in the 90s. I've had it since 1991 and have always taken care of it. Asking $5500 OBO.
In 2001, I had it painted in this original 70's style yellow with a sparkle. It's a beautiful color. The paint is in great shape considering it's 16 years old at this point. It has decent tires. Since I don't drive it as much the tires are still about 90%.
The engine is strong and runs incredibly smooth. NO SMOKE! Transmission is a 4 speed manual transmission. It has a weber carburetor. I replaced the timing belt a few years back. The belt has very few miles on it. The fuel pump is also new, the fuel tank (fuel cell, see picture) is also new and been placed in the trunk. I do have the rusted original fuel tank that comes with it. I took it out to have it rebuilt and haven't done it yet.
It has new brakes and new suspension. Overall a smooth ride.
Car is 43 years old. SOLD AS IS. NO warranties expressed or implied.
