SHIPPING
Most of our items are shipped out via USPS. We will always use the fastest shipping method possible depending on the size and weight of the item. We will also combine shipping, f possible, n multiple items. If you are utilizing combined shipping, lease contact us via eBay message so we can give you a combined shipping quote. We do not ship on Saturdays and Sundays!! If you reside in South Dakota, orth Dakota, innesota, owa, isconsin, llinois, ost of Nebraska, nd parts of Missouri, our item will be shipped via Spee Dee Delivery at a much lower cost. You will need to contact us prior to purchase to make sure you are eligible for Spee Dee Delivery services. We also utilize UPS shipping when the item is too large to be shipped via USPS. If an item needs to go on a pallet, e will ship the item via YRC Freight. When using this freight company, he item will be delivered to a pick up terminal closest to you or to a business with a loading dock and/or a forklift. They do not do residential deliveries. For the freight shipments, ou will need to provide us with information such as your name, ddress, elephone number, nd whether the item will be shipped to a business or to a pick up terminal. YRC Freight will call you when your item has arrived at the pick up terminal or, hen using a business, hey will contact you and let you know the approximate time of the delivery.
DELIVERY AND TRACKING INFORMATION
When we ship out your item, ou will be provided with a tracking number. Please keep in mind that there may be delays in shipping due to circumstances that are beyond our control. When this happens, e will for sure contact you and make you aware of the situation. Keep in mind that once the item is shipped, he shipping company is responsible for that package. If issues arise, e will do our best to help you track the package, hange delivery of the package, r have the package shipped back to us. In these cases, e are limited to what we can do. However, e will do our best to assist you in any way possible to ensure the delivery of the package.
SHIPPING ADDRESS
If your PayPal and eBay address is not updated and a package gets sent out to the wrong address, t is the buyer's responsibility to pay for return shipping and shipping back to the correct address. Please make sure that your PayPal and eBay address is up to date to avoid conflict in the shipping process.
LOST OR DAMAGED ITEM?

SALES TAX
If you reside in the state of South Dakota, here will be a 4% sales tax fee. This fee will be applied to the sale price of the item. The sales tax fee will also be applied when performing a local pick up.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING
Our shipping and handling fee includes the cost of shipping, acking materials, tc. Our handling fee is already added into the shipping cost. Our shipping and handling charges are stated on each eBay listing, nless it is a freight item. In that case, ou will need to contact us for a shipping quote.
NON-PAYMENT
When you purchase and item, lease keep in mind that you have 3 days to pay. After those 3 days, f payment has not been received, e will contact eBay and file a non-paying bidder complaint. When the case is closed for non-payment, ou will be added to our blocked list and will be unable to purchase items from us.
PAYMENT
Payment is required within 3 days of purchase. If you need us to send you an invoice so you are able to pay for the item, e will immediately do so. Upon payment, our item will be shipped out within 2 business days.
CUSTOMER PICK UP
We do allow customer pick up. Please keep in mind that there will be a 4% sales tax fee assessed at the time of pick up. Customer pick up hours are 9:00-5:00 Monday through Friday by appointment only. We will allow pick up on Saturdays and Sundays, ut you must call in advance.
GUARANTEE
All of our parts our guaranteed, nless otherwise stated. Our guarantee is that you will get the part you see in the picture and will be just as described in our description. We always do our best to make sure that the parts we send out are just as stated in the description. If you receive an item that has a guarantee and it is defective, lease contact us so that we can send out a replacement item or issue you a refund. Sometimes, ur parts are sold AS IS and that means that there is no guarantee! When a part is sold as is with no guarantee it is not eligible for returns or refunds.
REFUNDS AND RETURNS
Original shipping charges will not be refunded on returned parts. Please keep in mind that the refund will be issued after we receive and inspect the item.
