1974 GMC SIERRA 15HUNDRED chevrolet silverado 4x4 short bed classic chevy pickup

Up for auction today;1974 GMC Sierra 15Hundred I purchased this truck last year with plans to restore it. I hold a Texas auto dealer license and occasionally buy and sell older vehicles like this one. This truck has its original paint. This configuration of a short bed 4x4 manual transmission is pretty rear and it needs a new home. Please read the description below. This truck comes with an In-line six cylinder 250ci engine. A three speed (four if you count low gear) transmission. Four wheel drive. Mechanically; the truck drives good most all the parts under the hood are stock no mods that I could see. Transmission shifts every gear as it should and the clutch works fine. Headlights and taillights work. Undercarriage; I don’t see any damage or major oil leaks. the oil pan is dirty and it has some dents in it nothing to worry about. All shock absorbers are in good shape. The tires are practically new. Brakes are fine. Interior; the carpet. seat. steering wheel. dash board and pad are well kept. The dash pad is not original but it looks clean. The oil pressure gauge does not work. The speedometer and fuel gauge work fine. CV radio is inoperable. The original radio does not work. The dash and doors have not been cut to fit speakers and or aftermarket receiver. Exterior; The floors inside the cab and on the bed are solid. Both edges around the rear tires have rust in them so does the passenger side door and fender in the lower ends. The driver side door does not open with the key on the outside so you need to get in and open thru the passenger side. There is a ½ inch hole on the cab where I assume the previous owner ran an antenna cable for the CV radio. The glass has a crack in the lower corner on the passenger side not an issue. I am selling this truck As-Is where is. The truck is located in El Paso TX. All inspections are welcomed by appointment.
