Car description

We had big plans for this beautiful Frost White 1993 GMC Typhoon. My first new vehicle was a White/Gray 1992 new and I loved it for many years and regret selling it.
Now that my wife and i are getting older, we decided it would be fun to do it again and searched long and hard for this one! It is very original, in great condition and with low miles.
We intended to enjoy weekends cruising and going to/entering car shows. It has beenstored it in our climate controlled garage and has rarely been driven, with only about a thousand miles added.
Like many folk, our priority has changed from pandemic. Our income has decreased significantlyand we need to sell, sadly.
Overall its in great condition and almost 100% stock with only a sweet-sounding Magnaflow muffler and cold air intake for modifications. The black interior is in great condition with no rips, tears or stains in the leather or carpet. The dash is crack free and without warp. A previous owner removed the air assist load leveling rear shocks (they didn't work very well even when new) and replaced them with gas shocks. A new in the box pair of OEM air assist shocks are included in sale.
The original aluminum alloy wheels could use a polish but are still very nice without rash or damage. The original size tires still have lots of tread left and stick well in wet and dry pavement.
Cosmetically the truck looks near perfect with an awesome sound, look and stance. When you look close some imperfectionsbecome clear as is expected in a nearly 30 year old vehicle that has not been refinished. The rear bumper cover shows to have been repainted prior to our ownership and has a couple small imperfections visible in photos including some over-spray on plastic rivets. Both door window seals are cracked from age and should be replaced to take it to the next level. There are a few small nicks and light scratches here and there but no noticeable dents or significant damage.
In 1993 GM only produced 532 in this all Frost White color. We bet there are very few nicer than this one left. Come see it, buy it and drive it home!

Just added four photos of the interior to the listing. There are a couple videos coming as well, a walk-around and driving. YouTube links will be posted. Here are some observationson the interiorfromcleaning up the inside last night:Overall it's very nice with very little wear visible. You won't mistake it for new but it looks very good without any big flaws noticeable. The leather on the seats is still soft and pliable with consistent color but shows some light creases. There are a couple bare spots in the carpet on the floor just inside thepassengerdoor next to theseat recline lever. They aren't big or very noticeable but are there. They can be seen in the photoOn the stock Delco head unit Ibroke a secondgraphic equalizertip while wiping it down last night. They are getting brittle from age apparently. The orange gear indicator in the viewing window to the left of the shifter in the center console does not move. The shifter works great and thetransmission work still. These parts are the same as on the C4 Corvette and should be an easy fix if desired. There are a few significant scratches inside the cargo area on the plastic tailgate cover, visible in newly posted photo. These can be improved easily with a razor blade but i didn't have one handy. It looks like the upper rear tailgate window has had a leak at some point. Memory is my '92 leaked when washed and in heavy rains in the same place. There are some light water mark stains showing that water ran down the inside and some rust forming near the hingesof the tailgate. From the outside nothing can be seen but with the tailgate down and looking between the gate and cargo area it is visible. Both the tailgate and rear window open and close easily and solidly as they should. Worst case scenario is that at some point the tailgate may need to be replaced.I confirmed that the rear wiper works. The headliner is tight to the roof without any sags. The cargo area carpet shows some wear with the carpet appearing kinda fuzzy rather than tightly looped.
