Please note that, due to closures on the part of the state, I am unable to provide temporary tags for out of state buyers for the foreseeable future. If you have any logistical questions about taking possession and ownership of a vehicle, please be sure to ask BEFORE you bid. Hello and thank you for looking at my auction. My name is Joe and I sell vehicles differently than most dealers. Buying your next car or truck through one of my NO RESERVE auctions is the best way to take the games out of your next automotive purchase. I personally road test each vehicle before it is offered for sale so I can give you my first hand opinion of how it runs and drives. Please keep in mind that I am not a mechanic. Each vehicle is represented accurately and honestly to the best of my knowledge and ability. Please take the time to check out each of the 70+ photos and read this entire written description, as well as our Terms & Conditions, carefully BEFORE asking questions or placing a bid as most answers can be found in at least one of those places. An administrative fee of $149 will be added to the final bid of each auction. Up for a NO RESERVE condition is an exceptionally clean 1994 GMC K3500 dually with just 119k original miles. I would rate the exterior of this GMC to be in ABOVE AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. As you can see, this is a good looking old truck. It is finished in Black and Red two tone over Gray interior, which is a good color combination. The black finish shines well for its age and looks smooth all around. As with any older vehicle, please expect a few flaws and imperfections commensurate with age and mileage. On this dually, you'd be hard pressed to find much worth complaining about. There are a few spots of black that show a little fading from age and there is some clear coat missing off of the rear wheel flares, both of which is common at this age and falls well within what I would consider to be normal wear. The body lines are nice and straight. The hood and doors all open and close nice and straight. I didn't get the tail gate open because the mechanism could use a little help, but that's no biggie. The most noteworthy thing to point out with this truck is the lack of rust on the body. I won't stick my neck out and say that the truck is completely rust-free, but I didn't see any. Be sure to check out each of the photos carefully as there are photos of the rockers, cab corners, door bottoms, etc. You'd be hard pressed to find a cleaner '94. Even the step bars feel rock solid. All of the glass and lenses are intact. The chrome wheel covers are all intact and shine like mirrors. The bed is all coated with liner and appears to have a hide away gooseneck ball. The tires show average tread all around. Pride in ownership shows throughout every inch of this truck. Please take your time and check out each of the photos carefully to see how clean this GMC came in. I would also rate the interior of this Sierra 3500 to be in ABOVE AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. The door cards are clean and tight. The dash and headliner are clean, too. The carpets show a few marks from age but are not excessively worn. The cloth seats are clean, comfortable, and show like new. The fronts are wearing protective seat covers. They fit and match so well that I didn't even realize they were covers until I saw the pockets on the back. I didn't take them off, but I did slide my hand in where I could and both front seats feel completely intact so it seems as if the covers are preventative to save the seats rather than there to hide damage. The power windows and locks work. The original radio has been upgraded with an aftermarket CD head unit that is also XM Satellite Radio ready. The climate control system appears to be working properly. The heater works well but the air conditioner will need charged or serviced as it no longer blows cold air. The interior is spacious and can seat six, if needed. The back seat is roomy and can seat adults comfortably. Again, pride in ownership shows throughout every inch of this truck. Please take your time and check out each of the photos carefully. Mechanically, this GMC appears to be in good running and driving condition. The 6.5L turbo diesel engine starts easily and runs smoothly. I am quite impressed with this truck, honestly. All you have to do is cycle the glow plugs once and she fires right up without a fight. The engine is smooth and there is no cloud of smoke on a cold start and she'll sit and idle all day without issue. The previous owner installed a Banks Power Pack, which includes a Banks exhaust and Sidewinder turbo upgrade. The engine makes good power and runs just like an old 6.5 should run. The suspension feels tight and well sorted. Steering and braking feel good, too. The engine keeps perfect temperature and excellent oil pressure at all times. The engine feels strong and smooth. The automatic transmission engages smoothly and shifts properly through all the gears with zero issues and zero excuses. The 4WD system is the old manual transfer case, so no worries there either. Out on the highway, she drives nice and straight with absolutely no complaints. This truck was clearly someone's baby and is an absolute unicorn. The body is straight. The miles are low. It has just the right upgrades...and no back yard, do it yourself mods. Everything on this truck looks to be top shelf. Someone spent the money to do this truck right. If you've been looking for an old diesel that hasn't been all used up, this great find should be at the absolute top of your list. I've got close to 200 miles on this truck, myself, and it runs right with no stories. Thanks for looking and good luck bidding.
