GMC Sierra 1500 . Condition is Used.1982 GMC 4X4 K1500 1/2 ton long box pickup. All documents back to 1985, 83K actual miles and 3 owners. Mechanicals totally gone through in summer '16 at 75K miles. New GM crate 350 (originally a 305), rebuilt TH350 trans, great tires, new shocks, exhaust, radiator, heater core, AC converted and serviced, hoses, belts, etc, etc,etc in summer of '16. The truck runs and drives flawlessly, truly a joy to drive. AC, cruise, tilt wheel, dual fuel tanks, original Delco AMFM cassette player, even the factory quartz clock works perfectly. All work documented with reciepts. Always a North Carolina and Arizona truck and the body condition reflects that, very solid. Approx 80% original brown and tan paint. Some patina on the hood and fender tops. One small dent above tailgate handle and another even smaller one above right tail light. Due to a slight mismatch of paint, I suspect that there was a small collision repair on the right hand box side decades ago?
The front seat was rebuilt and recovered with close to oem materials from LMC truck (very comfy), reconditioned door panels, totally new padded dash (not a cheap hard plastic cover), new correct velour headliner, new reproduction dash cluster bezel, and new windshield. Truck still has original carpet and GM mats though, while not an eyesore, probably warrant replacing. Period aluminum bubble window cap and box liner included also. If you are looking for a non modded, nice original GM square body with great documentation don't miss this truck! Enjoy as is or take it to a show level with new paint and chrome, your choice. I've enjoyed my 4 years of ownership and want to move on to another project therefore I am not interested in trades. The truck is garaged at my home in Wickenburg Arizona, approx an hour north of Phoenix. I will gladly work with your shipper and/or inspectors though any expenses will be covered by the buyer.
