1957 GMC SHORTBED Truck, 100, 1/2 Ton, V-8, 347 engine. Very Dependable.

Up for sale is a very rare dependable 1957 GMC 100, In this year they were outfitted with 347 Pontiac motors. Truck starts up every time, half ton, short bed truck. Original engine according to the previous owner,347 V8. The column shift three speed was converted to a floor four speed non synchronized.The previous owner stated that this is the original motorbut I cannot guarantee that. I took a picture of motor numbers but don't know how to decode it. Runs good, shifts good andstops like it should and it's a joy to ride in this time piece. The sticker is still good on the truck and it expires February, 2019. Eight lugs. One Year old wheels.The wipers work, the blinkers work, stop lights work, headlights work and horn works, Even the dash lights work.Gas gauge stopped working about 3 months ago. This truck is driven almost daily by me now.Who ever gets this truck is getting a sweet ride. I just found out by a person that called and told me that I have a very very rare truck. I asked what he thought it was worth and he said in this condition, easily worth from 10 grand to 12 grand. To find one with that 347 V8 engine would be hard to find. so I am pricing it fair.
