GMC SURBURBAN CARRIER 1957 / Chevy Cameo Rare

1957 GMC Suburban Carrier Very RARE, restorable truck. There were less than 1,000 of these trucks made between 1955 and 1957. I have read that there were only 257 made in 1957.

Original Pontiac V-8 engine 4 speed transmission. Engine is complete except air cleaner,condition unknown. I have not tried to turn it.Frame is straight and not corroded. Steel bed sides are in good shape except one small spot in front passenger side corner and the tailgate is not rusted through. Fiberglass sides are probably repairable.

Cab has rust in the usual places. Cab corners,doors, fenders, floor.See pictures.

1973 Arizona plate was on truck when I bought it. Mileage unknown

I have the Illinois title in my name.

I bought this on an online auction by mistake and I don't need another project.

The reserve is $5,400 which is what I paid for it. There have been other expenses since, title transfer, Illinois sales tax etc.

The truck is at Rushville IL. Buyer responsible for shipping.
