Up for auction is my 1990 GMC Suburban 1500. The 5. 7 runs perfect and was rebuilt roughly 50K miles ago. The 700R4 transmission shifts perfect and was also redone at the same time as the engine. I am going by what the previous owner told me on the motor and transmission work. but don't have any documentation. All I know is it runs and shifts great and the motor holds strong oil pressure. I bought it in stock form and lowered it via spindles and springs in the front (5") and flip kit in the rear (5") it's done right and rides great. The stock components will be included in case you want to raise it. While it was being lowered I replaced the following - all 4 shocks. upper and lower ball joints. front brake hoses. rotors. calipers. pads. and flushed the entire brake system. I also replaced the radiator (wasn't leaking but looked very suspect). thermostat. hoses. belt. EGR valve. idle air control valve. and rebuilt the throttle body. I am sure I missed something. but you get the idea. I had big plans for this truck. but need to put the funds elsewhere right now. It does have the typical clear coat peel. but looks to be original paint all the way around so you see any damage it has ever had. It is also RUST FREE and VERY clean underneath! The interior is dirty. but all there. The A/C and heat work great. All power options work. It will make a great driver or the start to a cool family hauler. I also have a trailer hitch that goes with it as I was going to put some helper bags in the rear and use it to haul my other truck to shows.
