1952 GMC M211 2.5 ton military truckDate of delivery: 12-52 (December, 952)Serial number: 11577This truck is located in Sylva, orth Carolina.I have posted 12 photos with this listing, ut to see all 107 photos in full resolution,please peruse my Flickr album:https://www.flickr.com/photos/darronb/albums/72157656879162819The current owner Ken bought this beastie about 10 years ago, fter trying to do so for some years,and eventually getting the seller to "give in".After having it towed to his property in Sylva, e never did anything with it.It's been parked under a carport roof the whole time.Ken never had a title for the truck, o all we can offer to the buyer is a bill-of-sale.The odometer shows under 1,000 miles.Ken was told that this truck had a radar body on it at one point.One of the diagonal frame crossmembers at the rear was cut out, erhaps for PTO driveshaft clearance.One of the rear wheels/tires is missing.Ken said that a 24V to 12V conversion was partially undertaken by a previous owner.We have the original carb and distributor, hown in the Flickr album linked to above.The tires hold air well enough to get it loaded onto your truck/trailer.As far as I know, en never tried to start it..We have a guy working on the truck a little, nd so far,he's been able to get the crankshaft turning a little after soaking the cylinders in oil.No promises about internal engine condition are offered, hough.TERMS OF SALE:A deposit of $250 must be received via PayPal within 24 hours of an accepted purchase offer.Payment in full must bereceivedwithin 3 business days(Cash in person or PayPal),or this truck will be relisted on eBay,with no refund of the $250 depositThis truck must be removed from its current location inSylva, orth Carolina byno later thanNovember 10, 015Pleaseclick hereto see a Google map of the location of the truck.Darron and Zoe(775) 525-0386
