1993 Geo Prizm Mechanic Special

1993 Geo Prizm 1.6, 4cyl, Automatic 155,xxx miles, Clear Title

• 2nd owner of this vehicle, had since 2001 and religiously maintained and oil changed

• Has heavy duty hitch attached

• Many new parts in past 3 years, including:

- Gas tank with filler neck (Spectra)

- Water Pump (Aisin), Timing belt (AC Delco) and Timing belt tensioner (ACDelco)

- Radiator (Spectra)

- All 4 struts, springs, and Mounting hardware ( Monroe)

- Rear brake shoes and springs kit (Duralast gold)

- Flex pipe, made it so it can be replaced quickly with just 2 muffler clamps

- Air conditioner recharged about 3 years ago and worked until this spring when last used

This car still starts and runs in idle, unfortunetly, as we were trying to remove a vehicle speed sensor, upon removal we broke top off which caused the rest of sensor to fall into the transmission. We have removed all fluid and the pan with filter and realized it needs to have a cover on the back side of transmission to be removed possibly to get at but after numerous attempts, and with not much free time to do it, i'm planning to just part with it. I believe easiest way to get at is is to drop the crossmember or lift engine with transmission out. To someone with knowledge and time, this car would be perfect for them, has much life left yet and always starts up with no problems. No check engine lights. The abs light would come on quite a bit and sometimes randomly.

Being sold AS-IS. Asking 800 dollars. Needs to be towed. No fluid at the moment in pan.
