This was a F-5 take truck cab put on a good running F-1 chassis. I have only driven it in the yard. It has all new brake lines, rake hoses, heel cylinders, nd brake master cylinder. The emergency brake cables are in working condition but it needs the in cab lever for the pickup. It has a new gas tank. [7/4/15 I cleaned the tank again and the carburator and put in new spark plugs. It runs great and holds 30 lbs oil pressure. The gas gauge even works now] The head lights work and one park light. The other park light needs a new spring and wire. It needs tail lights and brake lights, he wireing connectors are there by the voltage regulator. All the gauges work. The motor is unpainted patina but does have a factory rebuild tag on it and doesn't smoke, t runs good. It needs a muffler. It is a project that you can drive as you work on it. Someone used the upper grill panel and the passenger windows in other projects before I bought it. It needs F-l 's for the cowl and FORD for the front. It was a big truck and I believe the only rust was in the transmission cover by the heel area of the throttle foot pedal and a little in the rear cab corners. The front fenders are big truck and about 2 inches bigger than 1/2 ton. The have some rust where they met the running boards but since they are bigger you probably will cut that rust off and attach the running boards up 2 inches higher. I have running boards that have the rear cut off another pickup that was made into a flatbed years ago. I am a retiring Kansas dealer moveing from Hiawatha, s to Kansas City, o. So Kansas residence need to pay me 8.5 % sales tax. All other states pay in their home states . It is sold with implied warranty only to restore. A 500.00 non refundable deposit is due within 24 hours and the balance within a week. It can stay here for a month free. I can have it at Hiawatha or North Kansas City, o for pickup. I can help load. Call Scott for more details or to look at it in person. ThanksOn Jun-21-15 at 07:39:41 PDT, eller added the following information:
I did have to remove the bottom seat cover to remove a bumble bee nest. It will have whats left of it back over the springs or a blanket. The seat does need recovered. I did open the bidding to oversea's. Also I prefer a wire transfer or check on the balance after the deposit but you may pay with Pay-pal if you pay the fees they charge. I believe it is 3% but need to double check. My number is 816-506-3789 if you need more information. The truck can stay her free for a month if needed. Thanks, cott
