Description
This 1940 Ford 2 dr sedan is an 8 year old frame off restoration. The body was in excellent condition with the only patch work done in the tool box section of thelower trunk area. The entire drive train was rebuilt as was the suspension & brakes. The car runs, rives, hifts, tops and steers like new. The interior was completely done with a dark maroon cloth including seats, oor panels, rmrests and headliner with stitching similar to the stock pattern. The dash looks like new. The car was converted to 12 volts and the dash gauges do not work. It does have a water temp gauge below the dash that works fine. It has an alternator. The paint is real shiny but has some little nicks from stones and one very small scrap below the bumper on the right front fender near the front. The chrome and stainless is excellent. I bought it last fall to enjoy but my old knees are now not cooperating with the shifting and I must let her go to a new home. Any questions please call 608-519-0939or come look at the car.
