Car description |

For Sale is my 1960 Ford Fairlane 2dr Kustom. The body is painted House of Color Solar Gold with a matte finish. The roof is a custom panel job by Repo's Garagein Denton, x and tons of Roth Metal Flake and Candies were used. The interior pieces were painted white and the white custom interior was done 1 year ago by Jay's Upholstery in Denton, x. The entire brake system has been redone including lines, ylinders, nd master cylinder. The entire fuel system has been gone through. New gas tank. New carb. Some new fuel lines. NEW EXHAUST. The entire car has been professionally rewired. The car has the original straight six 223ci with the original manual 3 speed transmission. I had the head redone at Calvert Automotive in Denton TX. All of the chrome and stainless has been redone except for the back bumper. The glass is all good except for one crack in the back left passenger glass. The vent windows glass is new as well as both door glasses. The door and passenger window "fuzzies" are new. The front window gasket is new. The vent window gaskets are new. The car has 15" polished aluminum Astros Supremes. All good with no curb rash. The tires are all in good shape with good tread. The previous owner cut the springs to lower it. The car runs and drives and handles great. I drove it to the Lone Star Round Up in Austin from Denton, x this past April with ZERO PROLEMS. It has aftermarket gauges under the dash. The fuel gauge does not work but it is wired for a new one. The car gets a lot of looks and thumbs up everywhere I go. The new panel roof job was finished on Nov 7 of this year, ust before Pistons and Paint car show in Denton, nd it looks amazing in the sunlight. Not really looking for a trade. Need cash for another project. Any other questions please ask. Can send more photos if needed. Please note, om in photo not included!!!Bubba
UPDATE 4/22/15Put new motor mounts and transmission mount in. Drove the car 209 miles each way to the Lonestar Roundup and back last weekend. 70 mph the whole way with ZERO mechanical problems.
